Patio house

The client's desire was to create a domestic space capable of guaranteeing privacy within a highly anthropized context.

This need gave rise to the concept of the patio house: an architecture in which the main rooms are arranged around an internal green space. The openings to the outside are deliberately limited, while the central garden provides ample space.

The living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the first floor revolve around this central space, establishing a direct connection with the greenery. The service rooms, however, overlook the surrounding landscape through smaller openings, preserving the privacy of the domestic spaces.

Essential shapes and muted tones define the project's architectural identity. A carefully designed layout tailored to the client's needs, along with a defined palette of materials, defines the interior.
