Project for new residences in the suburbs

The project involves the demolition of an abandoned building and the construction of a new residential complex consisting of 12 housing units.

The building extends over three levels, characterized by elongated rectangular plans. The façades are articulated through the contrast between solids and voids and between projections and recesses, creating an alternation of volumes that lends dynamism to the building.

Terraces and loggias allow each unit to enjoy a large outdoor space, directly connected to the living area, designed to enhance the relationship with the landscape and the views of the surrounding countryside.

The elongated dimensions of the volume, together with the articulated composition of the façades, contribute to creating a dynamic and contemporary image of the building.
